ChÃteau Los Boldos was established in 1991, with the aim of making quality wines by applying traditional French winemaking techniques to grapes grown Chiles high-altitude terroirs. Winemaker is Burgundy-trained oenologist Stephane Geneste. Bright greenish yellow hinting at fresh citrus fruit, confirmed by the nose, which adds subtle green apple, pear and honey characters. Crisp acidity segues into a delicately buttery finish. Perfect with creamy fish dishes.
