It has Active Infra-red auto focus and an electronic shutter. Photographs can be composed using the real image optical viewfinder. For ease of use and to give you automatic settings that suit certain situations, the camera has a Night Portrait mode and landscape mode, in addition to slow sync flash and focus lock. Other features include auto power off after 3 minutes, a 10 second self timer and a 1/4 inch tripod connection. The camera has a 12 function LCD display for monitoring the cameras features.
