Hotel Chocolat Rum Soaked Sultanas
Made by taking large Australian sultanas and allowing them to soak in vats of Caribbean rum until they are soft and fully engorged with rum. Next they are quickly enrobed in 2 layers of milk chocolate to seal in the succulence and drizzled with white chocolate. Very more-ish! (Previously this recipe used only white chocolate, but an assessment by the Chocolate Tasting Club gave even higher scores to this combination). 3 drums of 150g, 450g total (equiv. to £3.99/100g).
