From the moment you climb into a single-seater racing car, you are in for some unbelievable excitement. Starting off by familiarising yourself with the course doing several laps in a performance saloon, your instructor will ensure that you learn the skills you need to make the most of the next part of the experience. Shortly after you will then take a single seater racing car, typically a Formula First, Formula Renault or Formula Ford, around the racing circuit and experience accelerating from 0-60mph in less than 6 seconds. This experience will last approximately 1-4 hours at the venue timings vary depending on the circuit and weather. This experience may not be suitable for those who are pregnant, suffer from epilepsy or any mental or physical disability.
