With this advanced programmable exercise cycle not only can you benefit from a cardiovascular workout to help burn those calories but you can also monitor your body fat level.

The heart of the machine is the handlebar-mounted computer. From here you can digitally adjust the resistance of the magnetic breaking system to suit your own level, and there are also 7 different work-out programs (including 6 pre-sets) to choose from. Also shown on the LCD screen are pulse rate (right handlebar has a finger sensor), speed, distance, time elapsed, approx. calories burned, brake resistance tension level. Body fat is measured via a fingertip sensor on the left handlebar.
