The fruit is large and attractive (yellow flushed with rose pink) and is produced in abundance in early to mid-September even while the trees are still quite young. The self-fertile trees are of medium vigour so are easy to manage and flower late (from mid April) so usually avoid frost damage. Grafted on St. Julian A rootstock which is semi-dwarfing providing a medium sized tree of 2-2.5m (7-8).
