An unusual but easy to grow vegetable. Note: Chinese Artichoke tubers will be despatched during February/March (the correct time for planting). Last order date 31st March 2010. Plant tubers in a well drained spot 25cm (10) apart 5cm (2) deep earth up when plants are 30-45cm (12-18) high and harvest the little tubers from early winter when the foliage starts to die back.
