An excellent late season variety that ripens towards the end of August. Vigorous and upright-growing it has fewer nutrition and soil demands than some varieties. The large tasty berries are richly flavoured with a crisp texture and store incredibly well. Height 180cm (6`) less if grown in a container. Supplied in a 1.5 litre pot. Fruits within two to three years. As the leaves unfold in spring a delicate display of rusty red leaf tips mature into a strong green canopy.
