JBLs new Current Servo circuitry was designed in conjunction with Crown (the professional amplifier folks) and can push an astounding 2000 watts into anything from a 4-ohm to a 1-ohm load. Unlike typical monoblock bass amplifiers, the BPx2200.1 amplifier actually has two channels that are bridged together in a series or parallel configuration for maximum flexibility and power output.
