Adults: 5-10ml up to 4 times daily. 6-12 years: 7.5ml 3 times daily. 4-6 years: 5ml 3 times daily. 2-4 years: not recommended except on medical advice. Suggested dosage 2.5ml 3 or 4 times daily. Under 2 years: not to be used. Please note: we do not send codeine based products to the United States
