There is an immediate sense of freshness on the palate, with a vibrant juicy red currant acidity providing lift and energy to a core of soft berries fruit. Incredibly fine tannins provide a subtle framework and the structure to carry this through onto a long and pleasing finish. Definitely a wine that punches above its weight.
