The De Bortoli estate is one of the largest in Victoria. The Windy Peak wines are made at their Dixons Creek winery, and is sourced from sites in Victorias Yarra and King Valleys. This Pinot Noir is made by cold maceration followed by warm fermentation. A medium-dense red colour with youthful hints of purple.
