Situated in the high foothills of the Limoux and Pyreenese mountains, the English Kinglake family have been producing excellent cool climate Chardonnay since 2003. The clay and limestome soils of this vineyard site produce wines with superb acidity and freshness. The juice is barrel fermented on its lees for an extended period to add structure and complexity, before being aged in 50 French oak.
