Hay Shed Hill is located in the Willyabrup Valley sub zone of Margaret River. The property was originally and dairy farm settled by soldiers returning from the First World War. Vines were planted in the 1970 and the current group of owners have the intention of making wines that express the unique quality of the site. The vineyard has many slopes and aspect and lies only 5 miles from the Indian Ocean. The breeze from the ocean cools the vineyard giving the wines a cooler climate character. T
