Produced from grapes grown on Hawkes Bay and Gisbornes silt and clay soils, it undergoes primary and secondary fermentation in tank prior to bottling. Vibrant pink in colour, with a large number of beads of fast rising bubbles and aromas of red fruits, spice, currants and peach. A full bodied and refreshing wine with ripe red fruit and citrus flavours. Enjoy chilled
