This young domaine was only founded in 1974 but now holds 32 hectares accross Burgundy. Vinification is traditional but using modern technology ensures that quality is maintained. The wine is aged for 10 months in oak barrels, 20 of which are new, plus 4 months in steel tanks before bottling. We have managed to secure a small parcel of this wine which has elegant aromas of blossom, citrus and toast and flavours of lemon, toast and almonds.
