The wine is produced from vineyard sites in the famous Sancerre villages of Chavignol, Sainte Gemme, Menetreol, Amigny, Thauveney and Sancerre itself. The sites encompass all the various soil types of the Sancerre region; limestone, flint and clay. The aroma of this wine is intensely floral with hints of citrus. The palate is citrus with a subtle minerality on the long cleansing finish. This wine is perfect with oily fish or with goats cheese.
