The wine is a traditionally-made example from the southernmost and largest of the Beaujolais crus, renowned for its soft, fruity style of wine. Vibrantly coloured and with good concentration, this is a typically supple, raspberry-and-redcurrant-flavoured wine, with soft tannins and an elegant, friendly mouth-feel. Perfect partner for pork.
