From sites of both alluvial sand and red granite, this wine shows a wide variety of flavours combined with mineral bite and lengthy acidity. It was matured in French oak barrels for 7 months before bottling. This is a classic, well balanced Chardonnay packed with fresh lemon, vanilla and toasty oak flavours. Full and rounded on the palate, with a fresh finish. Drink now or tuck away for a couple of years and partner with fish pie or eggs benedict.
