The grapes for this wine are sourced from parcels in Freestone, Anderson Valley, Central Coast, and Sonoma Coast allowing the winemaker Noah Dorrance to craft a wine which retains the pure character of pinot noir with a perfect balance of fruit and acidity. Silky smooth with flavours of strawberry, red plum and pomegranate. Ageing part of the wine in new and one year old French oak barrels adds a spicy note to the finish. Enjoy this wine with duck confit or simply with cheese and charcuterie.
