We recently held a tasting for all our Store Managers where they were given the opportunity to choose a new wine for our range. This wine was an overwhelming winner. Our Managers really know their stuff. This fragrant wine has intense citrus and pear aromas and powerful flavours of lemon, lime and pear. The fruit is pure and lingers on the well balanced finish. This wine will be great with sole in a creamy sauce, Japanese fish dishes, roast pork belly or even try it with Mexican food.
