Eric Michel farms vineyards in two distinctly separate but nearby locations. Half of his 20 hectares is a vineyard close by the village of Debroux near the town of Mondragon, where the soils are light and sandy and the other half up on the hill of Uchaux where the vineyards are composed of granitic rock.
