Supervised by British Parachuting Association instructors, your ground training is rigorous and you must be fit. Jump from the plane on a `static line` that opens your steerable parachute automatically, freeing you to enjoy your breathtaking descent. This course, usually over 2 days, includes fitness testing followed by intensive parachuting and landing training as part of a small group and one static line jump from approx 3,000 feet, using a modern hi-tech steerable square canopy a parachute for optimum descent control and a softer landing.
