To treat these conditions, use Menosan as a gargle. Directions for Use: To take internally : 15-20 drops in a little water 3 times daily. If night sweats are severe, take 30 drops before bed. Maintenance: For long term management for chronic conditions - 15-20 drops in a little water once daily.To make a gargle : 1- drops in half a cup of hot (not boiling) water.
