Franschhoek is a co-operative with whom we have been dealing with for many years. Their wines have always been well crafted, easy drinkers. Recently theyve been honing their skills in smaller, experimental wines and the semillon is a wonderful example of their work. Only 500 litres of semillon from 35-year-old vines were fermented and then matured in oak. The result is a wine bursting with pineapples and peaches with a zesty lime finish and luscious, silky textures. (Barcode EAN=6003430001672)
