Hasbro continue to celebrate their 30th Anniversary with a very special figure indeed. The man behind the art of Star Wars and who has inspired all the concept figures for this year has been made into immortal figure form with #40: General McQuarrie.
Decked out in the clothes for a Rebel General from Hoth, the figure has a good likeness of the artist but for some reason is not as poseable as all the others in the current line with only head, shoulder, elbow, wrist and a little hip movement.
He comes equipped with a cold weather hat and a DL-17 blaster rifle.
There is also a silver collectors coin which goes in the album you get with #1: Darth Vader.
A nice figure and a great way to pay homage to one of the most influential members of the Star Wars family.
