APPLE iPod Carrying Case for new iPod Audio Accessorie - review, compare prices, buy online

First off the price is a disgrace since it comes free with most ipods. Second, this item that comes with the ipod is the most likely culprate to scratch the glossy white, and sliver back. I bought an ipod photo and within a day of using the case there were verticle lines appearing all over it (the screen was horibly damaged). luckily that ipod was faulty and i got a brand new one with my warranty (theres something terribly wrong with what i just said there). i now use an iSkin and my ipod is in pristine condition (true it looks a little bulky, but hey)

These really are pretty poor. it seems that Apple were more interested in what this looked like rather than how it protected your i-pod. If anything this will damage your i-pod by scratching the back plate. It seems a bit strange that you buy an expensive i-pod from apple and you get this as an extra. I have a contour showcase which does make the i-pod a little bulkier but I for one accept a bulkier size for a lot more protection. After all your i-pod will look pants if it has scratches all over it. I would recommend you stay away from this one. there are plenty of alternatives out there like skins and other leather or rubber cases. plus its quite pricey for what you get.

This is a nice case, but thats it. It is not made out of gold and it doesnt have any new techno gadgets hidden it, its just a plain black clip-on i-pod holder! It could do with having a velcro strap at the top to make sure it doesnt pop out of the pouch when you are jogging and the clip could be a bit stronger too. Please Apple, give us a break, your name on the label is not worth this much money! I could make this myself for under a fiver!
