UnbrandedSkwish Classic- Manhattan ToyWe were given a Skwish as a Christmas present. My 4 month old boy loves it, as do all his little friends whose mum`s constantly as me what it is called and where they can get one! 5 out of 5JM18/03/2009 09:21:20

TomyThomas and Friends Bath IslandHaving read a few of the other reviews I was expecting this to be falling off the bath every few minutes, but it doesnt. In fact we have to prise it off the side of the bath at the end of bathtime! Maybe theyve improved the suction pads since some of the earlier reviews? The slide can be knocked off easily but Id actually regard that as a good thing as, because it sticks out from the toy, it wont hurt when small bodies knock into it. Our 20 month old loves it and we love it too! We liked it so much we bought another two as presents for other kids.5 out of 5Amazon Reviewer18/12/2008 01:01:01

TomyDiscovery Dome DeluxeMy daughter got this for her first birthday and loves it! She has great fun posting the balls through - especially pushing them back in the holes they have come out of and shutting the doors. She especially likes hiding inside the dome while playing with other toys and playing with the keys. She is not walking unaided yet but the dome is very sturdy and supports her as she walks around it holding on and when she pulls herself up and down. I like the fact that it keeps her and her baby friends entertained when they come to visit - a great toy.5 out of 5Amazon Reviewer10/11/2008 01:01:01

NscessityTravel Centre (Medium)We researched travel cots before buying the NScessity model and it has not let us down. It is great value for money, spacious, well made and most imporatantly easy to put up and put down. It also has a very useful self-inflating mattress that comes as standard. Our friends have a Nomad travel cot and we did a test drive with it before buying anything. It was obviously well made but a real fiddle to put up - just like a mini tent with these telescopic poles to insert. Nightmare! The best thing about the NScessity is that once taken out of its bag it just pings into shape. No hassle erecting anything. And putting it down isnt difficult once you get the hang of it. Its lightweight too with a handy shoulder bag to carry it in. All in all a brilliant buy for anyone wanting a good quality, robust travel cot. 5 stars.5 out of 5Amazon Reviewer30/10/2008 01:01:01

Summer InfantDigital Ear Thermometer - Fever AlertI bought this off Amazon a few weeks back as we werent sure if we could trust an old fashion thermometer in the mouth when our little one was feeling ill. Its easy to use on babies and adults and does offer you the piece of mind that youre looking for. The memory function is also really helpful so you can track how the babies temp changes over a period of time. Definately recommend! 5 out of 5Amazon Reviewer23/10/2008 01:01:01

TomyWalkabout Baby AdvanceWe bought this baby monitor for use while staying with my parents. We went for something cheap but have been very impressed with the quality of sound and range of this one. Worked well even though we were downstairs and several rooms away. Baby unit needs to be plugged in but parent unit can be plugged in or used in battery mode. You need to buy 3 AA batteries for it though.5 out of 5Amazon Reviewer27/08/2008 01:01:01

Cuski InternationalCuskiCuski is Amazing! “My sister bought Cuski for my baby when he was born and I gave it to him from day one. He has slept through the night from just 12 weeks old and I believe Cuski has a lot to do with it as it does comfort him. He is just over 1 year old now and loves Cuski like no other toy – it has an almost magical effect on him when he gets tired or fed up.

As far as I’m concerned no home with a baby should be without a Cuski – they are simply amazing and fabulous value.” Mrs Sharron Cooper, Mirfield, West Yorkshire

UnbrandedWalker And Alphabet Blocks- PINTOYAll kids love it. They play with, build with and happily and safely chew (!) the blocks. It is heavy enough for them to pull up using the two handles. A great, sturdy toy. 5 out of 5Mummy26/09/2006 12:27:53

NscessityTravel Centre (Medium)This is a great, small, lightweight travel cot and our baby slept really well in it. It is a NIGHTMARE to pack away and the instructions are little help. We and another couple we know had to resort to duct taping it until we got the hang of it. Once you get the knack, it`s fine but the instructions are sadly lacking! 4 out of 5MJB22/07/2009 12:48:41

UnbrandedOn The Go Booster Seat- First YearsThis is absolutely fantastic! My 10 month old has used it a couple of time and it allows him to sit up to the table properly so he really feels included in the mealtimes. The straps are all adjustable so fits around any chair and the `chair` part has padding that can be removed if required. Really like this and my family are equally impressed. 5 out of 5bumpers01/02/2009 13:27:15

TomyAqua Draw DeluxeMy two boys love this and because it comes with two pens they can both draw at the same time. One criticism is they could have made the pens slightly tougher as the barrel tends to wear. Other than that a great toy and perfect for airport delays as it can be stored in a small space very quickly. Awesome stuff.5 out of 5Amazon Reviewer05/12/2008 01:01:01

UnbrandedFisher Price - Motion & Music Jungle Gym- MattelMy baby loved it. His little face lit up when he first encountered it and it appeared to be the only thing he would play with for up to an hour sometimes. Once he got to old for it I use the mat as a play mat. Just be aware that once they get to 5 months it can end up on top of them if they get adventurous, so supervision required. 5 out of 5Anon04/02/2008 10:00:08

UnbrandedPrince Lionheart Slumber Bear Plus- CreamWe bought the earlier version of the slumber bear (without remote control) and that was absolutely fantastic. Our daughter responded really well to the womb sounds and it definitely aided her sleep - she`s slept through the night since she was born (we used the bear for about 8 months before switching to a lullaby Cd). We didn`t like the idea of the blanket though - but this is not attached to the bear so wasn`t an issue. I`ve recommended this product to my colleagues and they`ve all come back with positive feedback. It looks like they`ve also improved the product too! This is a must-buy for any new parent.

UnbrandedFisher Price - Classical Chorus Gym- MattelGreat toy! I bought this 4 years ago for my first son and he played with it till he was over 2 years old! Now with my 2nd son who`s only 3 months old will enjoy it also. It lays down for when they are an infant, then it goes to more of a sitting position and then goes higher for when they are standing so they can stand and play. Great toy!!! 5 out of 5Mary11/12/2007 13:21:22

MagicCustard Casting KitThe first time we tried this we weren`t quick enough and wasted a tub full of magic custard. However, we quickly learned from our mistake and now have two beautiful casts of our three month old daughter`s feet. You can even see the little creases and lines of her skin. We are now in the process of smoothing out the tiny imperfections in the plaster before we paint and mount them. My advice is to make sure your baby is fast asleep on someone`s knee before you begin. After that, it`s simple! We`re going to try her hands next! Fantastic! 5 out of 5Gary and Amanda18/08/2007 09:00:45

MagicCustard Casting KitHad to write a review as we are sooo pleased - it took 2 attempts to get a hand but it is brilliant. The detail ois amazing, not only the creases and nails, but even the skin texture is detailed along with the fabric deail as I got a bit of sleeve in (oops) but it looks brilliant. There were a couple of bumps etc which needed to be cleaned up - must have been air bubles in the custard, but not too hard to do. I think this is wonderful and that teh casts wil make lovely gifts for grandparents as well as momentos for us. Definitely a two person job and make sure our baby is asleep upright (ie fallen asleep on your chest) to minimise distrurbance while trying to get their hand in the custard without any spillage. Other than that it is making sure you act v quickly before the custard sets. First time we were too slow but that was our only problem. Bloomin` marvellous! 5 out of 5OptiMum27/05/2007 08:28:20

Fisher PriceOcean Wonders AquariumA friend of mine offered me this Fisher Price Aquarium when we had our second son. Didn`t think I would need it as I had something to put inside his crib. My friend insisted that I`d try it because she`d had one for her daughter, so I did. My son is now two years old and he loves it and still uses it. 5 out of 5Fridrika, Reykjavik Iceland25/04/2007 12:05:18

Fisher PricePeek-a-Blocks - Press & Go TrainWe bought this train for my son for Christmas when he was 6months old, now 2 yrs later it`s still a hit! It`s easy to operate and keeps children entertained for ages. The music it plays isn`t overly loud or abnoxious so you don`t go crazy listening to it after a few minutes like alot of other toys. With four kids in the house we`ve purchased a ton of toys, but this one tops my list. Best money I ever spent! 5 out of 5TiffanyB06/12/2006 07:20:03
