For 50 GBP I expect the equipment to last longer than a few years. I am going to raise this with Salter direct and will report on their reaction. | Hanson | Memory Scales with Talking Mode | These scales are useless. Stepping on with the left foot produces a different measurement to stepping on with the right foot ! However, they frequently provide half a dozen different consecutive measurements from exactly the same situation. When I first bought the scales, I complained to Hanson and was informed that a 10% error is normal !! When I persisted that the scales did not function satisfactorily I received an abrasive response from the manager ! Admittedly, it is amusing to have your weight spoken in various languages, though ladies probably prefer to keep their weight confidential.
