I have been using this product for 2 months and I have to say it does make me feel a bit shaky but only when im sitting still, I pooh lots and I think thats where the fat loss comes into it. Also you dont need to train your tits off till you puke just take it easy do a couple of miles on a bike or go for a run etc etc and obviously eat well, with regards to fatty foods I really cannot stomach them and before I loved things like pasties or sausage rolls crisps etc etc but the smell alone puts me off now which I think is a very good thing obviously, erm ....... oh and it deffo does make me shaky and the palms of my hands and my feet sweat when im sitting still. Water - a key role to fat loss. Diet - this is a supplement within your diet, and not a meal replacement. Not eating will not help you lose weight healthily. Training - train very very hard. cardio and weights sessions should be no less then 45 mins per, and your weight sessions are best trained at you max 10 rep weight... imo. Sleep - if you can`t sleep because of the product, then 2 factors are wrong. you are not training hard enough and/or taking it incorrectly. follow the maximuscle instructions - 3 a day with breakfast, brunch and lunch. I take it at 7.30am, 10.30am and no later then 1pm. I sleep around 11pm, 8 hours SOLID! Tea/coffee/energy drinks - I have personally found I no longer desire them, and I am tea crazy... I used to drink 8-15 cups a day, then once I started Thermobol, I stopped. which is great because I used to take sugar and semi skimmed milk too. I replaced the lost sugar with 2-3 pieces of fruit a day, which of course holds natural sugar. Product rating 5/5 - I am back to a 34` waist, from 36` in a matter of weeks. I train 6-8 times a week. split 50/50 with cardio and weights. Abs everyday as per Bruce Lee - hahahahaha. I eat every 2-3 hours, little and often to keep the motab ticking, and suppliment 3 meals with promax and thermobol. included here are 3 main meals which all contain natural protein/carbs, eggs, meat, etc. I also work in an office, so I feel I can train twice a day, somedays. Another note that may help - I weight trained before my diet regiem, for 7 months solid, so have more muscle mass then the average person. BMI is 26. More muscle more calories burn`t. I ran and I still felt like doing more exercise, so when I feel buzzy I just do a load of sit-ups and stuff like that. I`m going to do a night shift now so I`m gonna drop another one about 12am. I don`t feel hungry at all and all I ate today was a chicken salad at about 12pm its now 9pm. Obviously its gonna help with a good diet because I feel like doing more exercise and eating less and I have read that the ingredients stop your body going through the panic stage. It is by far the most effective protein shake out there and like any drug that has massive benefits, there are side,effects. Cyclone will deliver, you will gain size strength and endurance. (You do not lose the bulk of these gains aside from a little weight). If you are a serious weightlifter cyclone is a good product. I take one shake in the morning before I run and then the second either after a lift or before bed. On the negative, if you do not push yourself on this product all of the chemicals will cause serious problems with agitation, restlessness anger etc. You will experience this anyway but if your not really pushing yourself (and cardio is a great boost here) these will be exacerbated. You can have slight stomach upsets but these arent terrible. Acne may increase because of boost in testosterone. Essentially it is like a weak steroid its up to you to take the chance. From using cyclone I did feel slightly rundown at first, made me dizzy for a while after each shake. But, it really does work and it does give you the gains and strength desired if you just stick at it for a bit. You soon get used to the little side affects that come with this product and eventually you`ll forget about them too. As regards the dry skin problem, all I did was moisturise more, put baby oil on the affected area every night before bed and eventually my skin went fine again. I take other supplements like promax and promax diet and combine with 3 RPM classes per week, 2 personal training sessions, body attack, 2 gym sessions and weights. I think if you are looking for a weight loss product then this isnt it, this helps get rid of the excess fat ontop of muscles to give a leaner look and show the muscles. If you are wanting a quick fix to drop a few pounds then stick to slim fast as this will only frustrate you. I do have to be careful, cos if I don`t think about it, I just won`t eat (mixed with a very busy schedule, it`s a big risk). I love the new found energy as I was feeling very run down after the Christmas period. I did take one quite late last night tho and couldn`t sleep until 7.30am, despite the exhausting work out I`d just done in the gym. I take 3 a day along with a fish oil and Norateen (on weights days) and I am on a very structured training plan, of which I am training 6 days a week. It will be hard to tell how well it is working. AS above, I feel that good, controlled dieting and hard work will benefit you significantly more than supplements alone, which may sound obvious but there is a comment above which a guy has said that it didn’t work for him and don’t waste your money. I would put money on the fact that he heard this would be him ripped and so brought some but made no significant changes to his lifestyle or diet. There is NO miracle solution for weight loss and several factors affect your results. Body composition, rest, training, diet, drinking to name but a few. If you do what you have always done, you will get what you always got. Anyway, back to the product in discussion, I wanted to shed a couple kilo`s before my holiday in a month and hoping this will assist in the stubborn inch around my waist. Granted, this does make you feel fuller but I have had no issue with sleep....yet! Will keep you posted,

It does cause problems with sleep pattern as each capsule has 153mg of caffeine (equal to 2 red bull drinks). It hasn`t really suppressed my hunger but I have been eating sensibly anyways, my advice would be to just give it a go and train hard, if you see good results keep using it but I dont think its a good idea to use it as along term solution as consuming caffeine in these amounts cannot be healthy. This hit the objective and it created muscles which were bulging but felt unnatural like it had a high amount of water inside. And in just three weeks of coming off it and doing the same routines my biceps decreased to 14 inches. I also can remember I had stomach problems and dihera. I think if you want to see what you look like as a muscley guy with half the amount of effort and time then go for it but you will lose it quicker then it took to acheive. However, if you do a good session at the gym, like i did last night, i was absoloutly shatterd, fell sound asleep . (dont smoke if you take this supplement). generally you need to do exercise or you will not notice anything in terms of fat loss. I HAVE also noticed a decrease in the need for big meals as i get full quicker than befor.
