its ok but it taste too sweet and u go 2 the toilet often, i bought
maximuscle progain and put 5 kg in 3 weeks and got raw power and that was
good stuff.

this product is a waste of money. after the first day of treatment i was
on the toilet for the next week, and the taste allways makes me question,
is the milk off? do your self a big favour dont buy this product its a
complete scam, useless even.

Slow progress and too sweet . Works best after training sessions with
meals as a drink.

This is my second review: Ive been using this for quite a few months and I
am now two stone heavier. I was originally eight and a half stone and
looked quite skinny, despite being fairly short. I look quite `normal` now
! It definately needs to be used in conjunction with weight training for
best results. I have got used to the taste but I still think it`s too
sweet.

Seem to be making slow progress with this product, have put on nearly a
stone in the last 3 months but having said that I`m eating myself stupid !
Tastes ok but far too sweet.

this is a great product, but there is no way 20 days worth in each tub,
theres about 5 days worth, false advertising

keep up with your training routine and its very tasty too (vanilla
