In this Game you have to supply your team with finance, tell them about strategy of the team, teach them how to improve results and explain tactic for each race. It is very important to train cyclists in all categories: flat, mountain and time-trial. Like in real professional cycling, money is a big deal. The budget of your team depends on cyclist`s results. Sponsors re-count team`s budget at the end of a year. In addition you are to carry out sponsors` objectives, otherwise they may fire you. Your duties include also signing contracts with sportsmen, and conducting negotiations. Don`t let anybody cheat you.
