Initially OK. Looked an attractive package ......... compact, good battery
life, big screen, good controls.

Having used the camcorder ................

(1) found the wide angle not wide enough ....... couldn`t video a group of
people without walking miles away. Bought a 0.45X wide angle lens and this
helped a lot.

(2) Poor quality of pictures when downloaded to the PC.

(3) Like so many other users, got the CONDENSATION - OPERATION FAILED
message after warranty period. Have tried various things including
cleaning the moisture sensor.

OVERALL ........ poor quality, poor performance, service life shortened by
the CONDENSATION error.

I think min`es heading for the trash bin and I WON`T be buying JVC
again.

Dear sir
I have a jvc handy cam model no GR-DX37E now i want to store in my
personel computer so i need their usb software so please guide me about
their online to how i downloud it from net.
