I agree with all that Mr George Clark`s review but he didn`t mention that the ground sheet needs to be bigger especially extending into the bedroom areas to cover the grass bits at the door of the room. It also needs peg tags put on the sides of the bedrooms and skirt flap all round the tent, because if it`s raining and windy the sides hit the rooms and water gets in. Just had 3 windy nights and 2 raining in Dunbar, still enjoyed the holiday. I love hearing the rain hitting the top of a tent.

Absolutely enormous inside, bedrooms are very generous in size. Living area is also huge, bright and airy with three seperate doors, which can be opened up into sun canopys. Bought one in August 2005 and had a comfortable stay on the beach in west Scotland. Only downfall is no Kitchen/cooking area , we cooked outdoors as weather was good, but if its raining your stuck. May be possible to use tent to cook as ceilings are quite high, but not recommended.
