This headunit was my very first, in my first car, so i cannot compare it
to anything else. All I can say is I have had the player for 2 years now,
and it still works fine. I have found a couple of times the CD mechanism
will not work properly, in which case I would turn the unit off and on
again to fix the problem. I have been powering 6x9s and an amp for a sub,
and it seemed to do the trick for me.
