I bought this pushchair for my granddaughter who was born in June 2011. In February 2012 the back metal bar which holds it together snapped. On contacting Graco I was told to send back pushchair for them to check, asked for loan of pushchair, was told this was not Graco`s Policy. Asked if they would be willing to replace buggy as I felt it was sold with a defect, answer it has to be returned Graco Policy. After paying out Ł179.99 for 8 months use of this buggy I then had to buy my daughter another buggy. Never again.
