Bought one 3 years ago & must say the quality has gone down. Toys R Us said they`d had another returned with the same problems & that the quality had gone down. | Unbranded | Salisbury Nursery Package | obviously Will isnt a DIY man, ok maybe the flat pack side is a little annoying but the instructions are correct and easy to follow the set goes up like a dream i was done in half a day. I think its a great set and as long as you have tightened the screws enough the set is very sturdy. | Unbranded | Salisbury Nursery Package | Very happy with this package. Yes, a little annoying to put together but happy with the quality and sturdiness. (We only had to return one part as the wood had bowed). Only thing to watch out for... don`t have the wood in direct sunlight as it has started to fade only 1 year on. Nice enough. | Unbranded | Salisbury Nursery Package | Having bought this product, although we are pleased with the furniture itself, the mattress leaves a lot to be desired. We are currently on our second mattress, as when we put our baby down to sleep on it, the mattress forms dips where the baby lays, which do not come out again, so consequently the mattress is full of craters where we have tried laying the baby in different positions. Having spoken to Argos, we have been informed that the mattress is worth only £15.30, but if you wish to upgrade they will pay that amount towards your new mattress. So that is what I am doing. I think the manufacturer should supply or pay for a new mattress, but there we go. | Unbranded | Salisbury Nursery Package | The Salisbury set is cheap rubbish. I cant believe the workmanship and to put together is a nightmare. The wood splits, there are no holes to screw the screws into which is a nightmare - I had to hammer them in in the end. Im a big guy but still could not put this set together properly without using all my strength. The capping also falls of the draws and the cupboard and you cannot open the bottom draws on both pieces. The qulaity is better at IKEA - so trust me - just go there - you`ll get it for cheaper. | Unbranded | Salisbury Nursery Package | - Amazing value then and still is - easy to assemble - doesnt comprimise on quality - I have owned this nursey set since March 2006 bought for my first child - he has used the furniture for 4 years and the cot / cot bed for three. Cot bed could have been used for longer but lent cot to friend - Furniture still looks good and cot like new - I am now going to use cot and furniture for my second child.
