| Bonnat | Trinite- 75% dark- single origin bar | Bought this bar of bonnat trinite today. Really good but its something that you can`t waste. You must savour it. So concentrate on the flavours , the emotions and the pictures that come to you when you take a piece of this. To me it tastes both gentle and agressive, honey and fruit flavours coming through, battling with the coffee,cigars, slightly acidic as well.
