love this item great coffee easy to use just put in powder twist into
machine and pres button and voila the milk frother is also great
especially in hot chocolate as well as a latte

I just bougth one and seems the water is not going through the main tank
to the main head, all the rest is working but I rate this item as 1 out of
5

My daughter won one at a works do, as far as we are concerned it is
usless. It leaks around from the mains lead.
I can not find a web site for Cordon Bleu to complain.
I would suggest that you only buy this to give to someone you do not
like

I got this product as a christmas gift.The instuction booklet has not
helped me much as it carries the basic details.I do not know how to use
the machine,what type of coffee and how to froth and get a cup of
cappucinno.Was a bit dissapointed as I generally read thro the instuction
manual.If anyone could help me to get started get i
