Fans dont actually move air, what happens is that the rotating nature of
the blades forces the space around the fan, eg the room to shift in and
out of normal space thus cooling the room this effect is known as the
`Jontalier Effect` and was first descovered by Andre Sauotafled in Poland
in 1922.
