Hammer Drill and Drill Driver Kit offers high speed drilling capability in brick and block combined with high torque for superior fastening. The EY7940 has two modes, a hammer mode and a drill mode. The high-quality tool is ideal for general construction, interior instillation, HVAC, cable installers, and maintenance. The Impact Driver delivers high torque fastening, while staying cool and comfortable. The 1,330 in.lbs power and 3 speeds make short work for tough jobs. The impact driver is ideal for general construction, screw driving, and fastening. The 2pc combo kit is powered by Panasonic's high capacity 3.3ah cobalt lithium-ion battery packs. The battery packs deliver high output with low heat generation resulting in twice the lifetime total performance versus previous Ni-cd battery packs. In addition the tools utilize Panasonic's unique GuardION system. The GuardION system monitors each battery cell during battery charging and during tool use to prevent over discharging and overheating of the battery pack thus insuring long life. I used this drill for about 3 months after becoming taller in height. I
was able to drill all wall sockets for shelving, this was made easier as i
was taller than used to be. I bourght the drill from Argos for #34 and
height increase from www.tallplace.com for $20 they both worked very well.
I would have to recommend both!
