First impressions are alot like good old Hydro Thunder. That's basically what Aqua GT is - a good clone of Hydro Thunder. That's no bad thing. This is fast and furious water racing. Choose your craft, and get ready for an adrenaline burst over the bumpy waves. However, the game does lack originality. Gameplay isn't too unique, but at the same time, it's not half bad. Steering of the craft is quite heavy, as you'd expect going through water. If you're after an earth shattering experience to change your perception of gaming, then don't bother looking here (or much other places), but if you want a fast, thumping race over treacherous seas, then feel the waves and go Aqua!
