Hi I also have a baumatic cooker only 2 years old and the element in the
oven has gone (very little use) what is extremely annoying is it is a dual
fuel (gas top electric oven) so you have dismantle gas connection and then
you have to practically re-build the cooker to replace the faulty element
what is the point of a front plate with screws to just expose the element
which is fixed from the back??? anyhow 80pounds call out before labour and
part costs would not buy this make again which was nearly 2,000
pounds

Poor Quality product - I`d advise potential buyers to look elsewhere.

I bought a Baumatic BT3500SS Range Cooker, and despite very light use, the
main heating element has burned out twice in two years. The cooker is now
out of warranty and Baumatic want a £75 call-out charge to replace the
part.

Despite explaining to them that there is obviously a defect in the cooker
and that it is not fit for purpose, Baumatic don`t want to know.

I wouldn`t buy Baumatic again!
