This product is of very good quality but it only allows you to record one programme at a time and doesnt allow you to watch one recording while it is recording something else. This is disappointing but maybe its my own fault because I just didnt read the write up well enough before hand.

Just had mine for just over a day, and am very pleased with it, first class picture, and so easy to set up, if anybody is thinking about getting one I would say yes, you wont be sorry.
My only criticism is the very annoying advert on the Electronic Programme Guides, this cuts the screen by about a third which is a pity, `What is Panasonic thinking about?` I would rate this product at 100% but for this annoying addition, so can only rate it at 90%.
Wake up Panasonic, you give us the feature to cut adverts from recordings but slap one in our face as part of your software

Thi DVD recorder is very good - easy to use once you get used to it. I would have given it 5 stars except that I havent managed to set the recorder while continuing to view/listen to a program which can be annoying if you suddenly remember that you have not set it to record later on when you have gone out. I am a bit of a technophobe but have managed to conquer this little beast quite well. I am sure that | still have a lot to learn but have been able to make DVDs of my daughters wedding from my camcorder which is one of the reasons I bought it. I am learning as I go along!
