This is another great hand-held game of the traditional Hangman game. You need two Players usually to play this game in the normal way - but not with this!
Play for this is against the Computer! Various skill levels from 3 letter words up - some are quite challenging! Its great! An extremely simple hand-held game to operate - with a good clear and legible screen and a nice sound.
The only gripe I would have with this, would be the unusual battery it takes; it takes one of those larger button type cells that very few other things use and that you hardly ever see. (I have almost 300 hand-helds in my collection, and I can only think of one other game off the top of my head that I have that takes this size battery) Dont know why it couldnt have operated from just one HP11?
Anyway, this is such a good game, it would be really mean of me to knock a star off my rating for this, and so Five Stars for this from me!

| Mattel | Scene It? - The DVD Game - Game Pack | I bought this expansion pack as my girlfriend and I had near enough mastered the standard Scene It? edition and were in search of a new challenge.
We found it in this brilliant little kit. Filled with all new cards and lots more DVD fun we were impressed and enjoyed it immensely. Though sadly we have started to master it again although, I have noticed a movie Scene It? 2nd edition, which I think we will definitely buy.

I guess this is a little early on to be leaving a review for this Item as Ive only just got it, and so I may be back to update this review in time, but as I was so pleasantly surprised an impressed upon immediate operation, I thought Id leave one anyway!
This is made of a much higher quality than most other small virtual pets I have seen. It has a touch sensitive area on the front below the screen, and looks and appears very durable. Its more substantial and is much bigger, and even the graphics are clearer to look at. The Instruction Booklet is in perfect English (which makes a change with these things) and very comprehensive and done in much and easy to understand detail. The pet is much more animated than your average pet, and therefore far more convincing. It takes two proper batteries, rather than the irritatingly small button cells that are always so hard to fit and obtain. Its also a clock and calendar and so is also useful. Im sure that this is going to be much fun, and I am looking forward to becoming attached to my new little friend! (Ahhh...)
Note To Parents: This may be more suitable for most children, since from what I have gathered thus far, this pet does not die of neglect, but after approximately three minutes or so, will go into sleep mode instead, and so there will not be the same tears and heartbreak I suspect have been encountered with other virtual pets.

This is great for exercising the memory.
Can be frustrating as the game progresses and becomes more difficult, but this only serves to make it both more of a challenge, and also is a key to improving your mental ability.
I purchased this unwittingly, as I already had the large table-top version of Optix, but did not immediately connect the two, and so thought I was buying a different game completely, however, this is a pocket-sized handheld version which really is very handy. The only criticism I would have is the poor instructions. It took me ten minutes to find how the On/Off switch worked! Although the button is obvious, it looks like a button youre to press, but in fact you have to slide it along, but the instructions do not tell you this, and so if one was to force too hard for too long in pressing, (as I nearly did!) then one could possibly break it... The instructions also fail to tell you which way up to use the stylus (not that it matters that much but it would be nice to be told!) and so there is a lot of guess work needed here to compensate for poor instructions. He was 2 and 8 months at the time, and although i was a bit worried that it would be too difficult for him, he loved it. With a bit of help he can do a few of the featured things on it (and is improving all the time). It has definately helped his counting and he can now recognise the numbers and count to 20. I did however seen attracted to the N-Joypad. The graphics are aged, and the music is monophonic, but the games are highly addictive and there really are so many to choose from. I would reccommend this to anybody wanting a cheap bit of fun. Its cheap, cheerful and will keep you occupied for hours. | Unbranded | Superplexus | I had this item brought for a gift for me today - I have been unable to get hold of it for more than five minutes as yet! It is a highly addictive, infuriatingly difficult to put down game.
The object of the game is to move the little metal ball along various tracks and courses within a 3D sphere by rotating the sphere through 360 degrees. You have electronic sound effects and lights, as well as scores and times. It takes patience and a steady hand to play - but I highly recommend it.

I bought these two for my sons birthday, you dont have to feed them or any of that rubbish, just enjoy their mad antics, they interact with each other. And much to the delight of any child they have punch ups, they visit each others world, and now hes got two more in the collection, they all get together and interact. They are quite expensive, but the novelty factor is there, okay I admit I could play with them for yonks, but if youre child is a pick it up and play for a while then forget about it for a few days these are ideal. they dont die!!!! Just press the various buttons and the PIXEL chix does little random 2-10 second cut scenes. Eg Wind the window down and her hair waves in the breeze, do it again it may rain, do it again it may snow, cute. They cruise around going to the mall and party’s and eating hamburgers, she does pull over to answer her phone and always wears her seatbelt, bless her. She has had it 3 weeks now and my daughter is still under the bed covers in the morning playing with it. Great product, fairly robust, a bit pricey It has a facility to connect to a Pixel Chix house so that Pixel Chix can move in and out somehow (instructions are quite vague on that, even mentioning her hair may change colour when moving between the two, hmmmm) but I am not so sure house is required. After the first 3 or 4 days a girl started to visit the back seat instead of the dog so I think my daughter has “unlocked” this girl through long playing. She can bring her up anytime, something to do with beeping the horn thought she cant seem to get rid of her, (we’ve all been there) Would be the best gift in the world at half the price and yes we have bought the two story house at a good price and hidden it for Christmas. | Unbranded | Skannerz | The Skannerz is an interesting handheld game... unlike Digimon or Tamagotchi, it requires to to interact with objects in the REAL world (scanning products` barcodes) to interact with something (a tribe monster, enemy monster or item) in the actual game.
What annoys me though is that it`s not something you would simply carry aound with you, as you`re REQUIRED to scan a barcode to battle other monsters. My point follows. I love the way you can enter as many words as you like within the time which means that if you are unsure about a word then try it anyway! On the downside it is not always easy to enter the calculation for the numbers game within the time even if you know how to get to the answer and/or if the answer needs a lot of brackets. Also, occasionaly it will just switch off for no reason, often just after I have found a nine letter word! If my game is low scoring and I want to start again I have to switch off and on again. At Tamagotchi Town, the Travel Agency gave me instructions on how to travel. I tried those instructions, but nothing happened. I was so mad that my Tamagotchi couldn`t go on a trip to Hawaii. I spent all of my Gotchi points for nothing!
