Very efficient. I need a glass, ever since the original broke, I find it
difficult in replacing the glass. Please let me know when can I get the
glass.
I cannot do without the heater especially this winter as it is very cold.

run,glass has marks all over the inside already,very inefficient,not a
patch on our previous 20yr. Old fire, would never buy another, advertising
blurb is just full of mistruth.

VERY EXPENSIVE to run and not efficient enough on half power
Igniter packed up(just out of warranty)

more expensive. Fire now sooting up badly which, I think, heralds the end
of the original coals. Not economical to replace these as everything else
is reaching the end of its useful life. I would buy another but with every
winter day use 10 years is as long as you can expect. I replaced the front
glass after 5 years and this cost £84.
