Reebok75cm Gym BallThese balls are useful and for plain fun! Use your own imagination for getting max out of it :) It is good anti-stress device - just bounce with it up to the ceiling and all stress will go away. 5 out of 5Anon29/11/2007 09:53:53

Nike2.5lb Ankle Weights(note: I`ve got the 5lb version of these weights, but I can`t imagine the design is much different in the lighter versions) I`ve tried a variety of different ankle weights and can safely say these are the comfiest I`ve tried. They feel really soft and seem to be well contoured around the your ankles so they dont grind, bash against any bones. The velcro fastner is quick and easy to put on/off and doesn`t seem to ever come loose on it`s own. I`ve been comfortably wearing these throught the day for nearly a week without any discomfort. Highly recommended. 5 out of 5Godmil18/09/2007 13:48:22

REEBOKpersonal heart rate monitorExcellent - I have recently taken up running and I bought the reebok "personal" heart rate monitor - it is simple to use, the instructions are straight forward, but best of all the screen is large enough for me to read whil on the treadmill or pounding the pavements! 5 out of 5The02/12/2004 13:42:11

UnbrandedTwist Board with Reflexology MagnetsI have been using my twist board almost daily and love to listen to music while I twist! I feel confident it is working although I can`t see the results yet but I can feel them. It is important to be careful how you use it as I have at times been putting too much pressure on my knees and they have ached later in the day and also I have noticed a bit of backache so don`t overdo it. I think this is a wonderful product - I even put it in my suitcase and took it on holiday - it is small, light at portable. 4 out of 5Lucy Jones03/07/2007 09:04:54

UnbrandedTwist Board with Reflexology Magnetsi think you are supposed to bend your knees when you turn then straighten them when you go back to the middle. I normally just keep them bent cus i find it easier that way. hope i helped 3 out of 5kt04/02/2008 10:02:42

Pro FitnessGym BallI have just bought one of these gym balls and there are very limited instructions on how to actually pump it up. I`ve tried every adaptor I have, including a football pump, and none have worked. Would help if a picture was included of the type of adaptor it requires!!! 2 out of 5Anon02/11/2008 07:07:41

Voice ZoneTalking PedometerInitially I loved this product. I liked it so much I bought several for friends and family. The 1st one I bought worked great for a couple of months until the clip broke (my fault) The 2nd one I bought I used for month or so and then stopped using it because I became ill. When I started using it again about a month later it undercounted by a mile. By this time I had another coming in the mail to give to my neighbor for Xmas and when I pulled out the plastic tag to activate it didn`t work at all. I asked my sister to check the one I gave her and the same problem ..... It counted about 1 step for every 15 or so. The sound didn`t weaken, and the display didn`t dim so it isn`t the battery. 1 out of 5lee05/02/2008 10:48:44

UnbrandedTwist Board with Reflexology MagnetsYou stand upright with feet together and then twist torso to left whilst staying upright. flex obliques and hold for one second. Then do it to the right. Recommended you do 10-15 repetitions. But you can build up really slowly. Do it slowly to begin with and eventually build up to 30 to 40 minutes. Sounds easier than it looks - I cant do it yet and cant work out whether to bend knees or not - or when. Have fun. 0 out of 5maz14/01/2008 09:59:35
