I have just bought one of these gym balls and there are very limited
instructions on how to actually pump it up. I`ve tried every adaptor I
have, including a football pump, and none have worked. Would help if a
picture was included of the type of adaptor it
requires!!!

There are countless exercisers you can do on it it is very good for
previous back and joint pains and you can get back in shape with
it

A pump was not included with my pro fitness ball-very annoyed as now I
have to buy one seperatly

not explanation on how to use it and what exercise,s to
do
