I have one its very useful for storing perishables, I have had mine for over 2 years it has yet to fall apart
Reviewed by: ian Rating:  Date Reviewed: 27Oct2011 | | | Hotpoint ff187e purchased 2001 with 5 year warranty after 6 breakdowns a similar model was purchased with 5 year warranty (£100) after 21 months draw runners dissintergrated ,it is scrapped losing 3 years warranty Comet replaced it with cost of another £100 to extend the warranty, after18 months the same thing has happened to this fridge freezer

Within several months the plastic edges which support the fridge shelves
had disintegrated on one of our fridge shelves, one of the integral
freezer draw runners had also shattered and the front has come off one of
the freezer drawers. And none of these problems is covered under the parts
guarantee. I cannot recommend this product.

a year. I`m not sure what the problem is, but it`s most definitely too
soon for something to go wrong. I see online that others have had the same
problem. While it can be fixed, it`s frustrating for such a new
product.

needs..plus its frost free.. it even has features when you go on holiday
and want the appliance to run more cool...as you would not stock up that
much food whilst on holiday..this feature is cool... plus its more space
for stocks of food supplys...aswell as drinks... if you want a reliable
fridge freezer then look no further.. comes with 12 month warranty and 5
years parts guarantee from hotpoint..what else you want...go buy it...
thats what i recommend you wont be
dissapointed...cheerio..
