The NHL league might not command the same reverence in the UK as it does in the United States, but that matters diddly squat when it comes to the glorious game of Air Hockey.

When banding it around the office, it became apparent that most of the staff had spent many an enjoyable - and it has to be said - competitive an hour pelting the puck as hard as they could against their opponent in some dingy, poorly light amusement arcade during epic air hockey battles.

Thankfully the chaps at John Jaques have noticed this gap in the 'home entertainment market' and have produced a fantastic home edition.

As the name suggests, the NHL Air hocky table stands at 6 foot and has very stable fixed legs (perfect for leaning on in those long drawn out battles). Because it is motorised, an air cushion is created which makes for great puck speed. Fantastic!!! A must for any home with attitude.
